The glossy, heart-shaped leaves adorn this gently clumping philodendron that develops runners, making an exceptional ground cover. Will climb if given support. Tolerates more sun than other philodendrons, and once established, tolerates mild drought. Though Burle Marx is actually a climbing variety it can maintain its bushy form by simply trimming it back once or twice per year. These are very healthy tropical plants with well established root systems.
