The Peperomia Polybotrya âRaindropâ plant features beautiful glossy raindrop shaped leaves (hence the name!) also known as Owlâs Eye or Coin Leaf Plant and sometimes confused with a Chinese money plant since they have do have very similar leaves.
This plant is growing in popularity due it it being a fairly low-maintenance plant that is often grown as a houseplant due to its tough nature and beautiful shiny raindrop/heart shaped leaves.
This is a hardy plant if you place it in the right spot. When grown indoors, place Peperomia Polybotrya near a window with bright indirect sunlight.
However, avoid direct afternoon sunlight, which may burn the leaves.

Watering:Â Allow the top of the soil (about 1/4 of the size of the pot down) in a peperomia plant to dry out before watering. Over-watering, causing yellow leaves and soggy stems, is the main cause of serious peperomia problems. Root-rot, which causes the plant to die, is the direct result of overâwatering. Peperomia plants do well when watered from the bottom.
